One-on-one & Semi-Private Classes

My one-on-one and semi-private classes offer a personalised touch to Exercise Physiology, Reformer/Mat Pilates, or Women’s Strength Group Classes. I believe that exercise is medicine, and my commitment is to guide women like you through every step of your health and well-being journey seamlessly - online or in person.

Whether you're tackling pelvic floor concerns, embarking on postpartum fitness, navigating the path back to high-intensity exercise post-surgery or pregnancy, or embracing the changes of menopause, I can help transform your approach to exercise or rehab, making it a joyful and empowering experience designed just for you.

  • 1:1 Online Exercise Physiology Appointments


    Weekly or fortnightly online appointments. Please book a discovery call prior to booking your Initial Consultation for the Core Restore and Pelvic Floor Program, Run Strong: Postpartum Program or 1:1 Consultations.

  • 1:1 Exercise Physiology Appointments


    Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your exercise treatment plan.

  • 1:1 Reformer/ Mat Pilates Appointments


    Great before transitioning to Semi-Private or if you’re Pregnant/Post-natal and going over modifications before you return to classes.

  • 4:1 Semi Private Reformer Pilates


    A group class held every Tuesday at 10:15am. Designed to meet your body where it’s at with gradual progressions.

    10 class pass available.

  • 8:1 Women’s Strength Group Classes


    Strength group classes running for an 8-week block - during the school term. Please complete the enquiry form on the ‘Contact’ page or click below.

  • I started working with Tanisha after my third baby. I had lots of muscular skeletal pain due to the changes in my body from pregnancy. Tanisha was able go set a program for me that allowed me to be free from this pain. My muscular separation in my abs has also come in from being about 5cm to less than 1cm.   • I started seeing Tanisha about 6 months ago to strengthen my pelvic floor following the menopause and to build up my strength, after injury and loss of motivation during the pandemic. I had tried other approaches for pelvic floor without too much success until I started with Tanisha. She tailored a great workout that was fun and so, so effective. I now know how to control internal pressure during resistance training and I'm back up to 40 push ups and loving being back in the gym again.   • I went to Tanisha because of a pain in my hips that I had been ignoring for years and had to give up running because of it. Tanisha did a very in-depth Question and answer in our first consultation and prepared a program for me to work towards getting back to running. She is thorough, knowledgeable and super lovely to work with. 3 months on and my hip pain has improved greatly and have increased my cardio exercises and even done 2 runs and looking to increase the running. My range of movement has also improved greatly. I would highly recommend Tanisha if you have been putting off getting help for any niggling pain.
